Meeting Dates 2024-2025

Board of Directors meetings are conducted virtually by invitation. Minutes of Board of Directos meetings are posted  as soon as possible following acceptance approval by the Board. An invitation to the annual general membership meeting will be sent to members via email. The date and time of the general membership meeting is usually held in the spring.
